You push in the 2 “hands” towards the wall of the safe and the shelf holder will release the shelf at that end. After you release all 4 ends and the shelf is removed, you can press up the bottom of the shelf holder and you should be able to remove the shelf holder and move to a preferable level and adjust the shelf. To secure the shelf in place, simply align the shelf above the shelf holder and press down, so that the “hands” of the shelf holder will click in place.
